Turn-around time and expectations

With the iPhone being one of the most popular phones in the world, you can imagine the sheer volume of loyal customers coming in to replace their batteries. In order to set realistic expectations, we like to be upfront and honest about the time it can take. As of now the expectation is as follows: if we have the battery for your model in stock, we can generally get the repair done within 1-3 hours. Why does it take this long? The cause for this is mostly due to the utter amount of repairs we are handling, rest assured though, we do prioritize battery replacements and do our best to get them done in a timely manner. If we do not have the battery you need in stock, we will order a battery, direct from Apple, that will be tied specifically to your device. This will insure that it will not be used by anyone else, and is reserved just for you. The expected delivery time right now is 3 to 5 business days or less, as delivery times are impacted by volume and parts available.

Here at Mobile Kangaroo, we care about our customers and strive to make the repair process easy and stress free. We understand that having a broken device is a major bummer, that is why we are here: to help.
