Agreeing to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service from us.

Types of messages you may receive

• Appointment reminders and confirmations for a repair you have booked.
• Order and repair status alerts, including when your device is ready.
• Account notifications relating to a service you have requested.

Messaging frequency may vary. The number of messages you receive depends on the repair or service you have with us.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Mobile Kangaroo does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates for messaging and data still apply.

How to opt out

To opt out at any time, text STOP to any message you receive from us. You will get a confirmation and will not receive further text messages unless you opt in again. You may also contact us at info@mobilekangaroo.com or 800-993-5156 to be removed.
